To purchase an artwork from 7artworks.com, simply browse our collection online, select the piece that you wish to purchase, choose any specific customization options available, and then add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout, where you will be asked to provide shipping and payment information. Confirm your order to complete the purchase.

We accept a variety of payment methods through our payment service provider, Stripe. This includes major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Stripe ensures a secure and seamless payment experience on our website.

The prices listed on our website are the final costs, inclusive of VAT, and we offer free shipping within the European Union. There are no additional customs duties or taxes for deliveries within the EU. However, for customers outside the European Union, additional fees such as customs duties or taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for more details on potential charges.

Due to the unique character and extremely limited number of available copies, we do not offer the possibility of reserving artworks. Each piece is sold on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure fairness and maintain the exclusivity of our collection.

Shipping & Delivery

To ensure a harmonious combination of security and elegance, our stretched canvases are precisely framed and packaged with the utmost care. We use robust protective materials to ensure that your artwork is not only ready to hang upon delivery, but also arrives in impeccable condition.

We provide free shipping on all orders over €147 within the European Union. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €27 applies. Currently, our services are tailored for EU destinations to maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our artworks.

Upon dispatch, you will be provided with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the courier’s website or delivery service app.

Despite our careful handling and packaging, if your artwork does arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. Since each shipment is fully insured, we will work with you to resolve the issue, whether it involves filing an insurance claim, arranging for a replacement, or another satisfactory resolution.

As we ship within the European Union, there are generally no customs fees for deliveries. However, for shipments to non-EU countries, if applicable, the customer would be responsible for any additional customs fees or import duties.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the address. Once an order is in transit, changes to the shipping address may not be possible.

We ensure that every piece is dispatched promptly and work diligently to meet our delivery estimates, although actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Refund & Returns

Absolutely! If the artwork doesn’t resonate with you as much as you expected, our ‘Love it or Return it’ policy has you covered. Return any non-customized piece within 14 days of delivery—no questions asked. For more details on the return process, please visit our Return & Refund Page.

Please contact us immediately with your surname, invoice number, a detailed description of the defect, the number of affected items, the discovery date, and photos documenting the issue.

If your delivery does not match your order, please submit a detailed complaint including your surname, invoice number, and the nature of the discrepancy.

Should your complaint be justified, you may choose between a refund of the purchase price and shipping costs, or a replacement service if feasible.

Yes, complaints must be lodged within 14 calendar days from delivery. We cannot accept complaints after this period.

In the case of visible external package damage, refuse the package, request its return to the sender, and prepare a damage report with the carrier.

This means that only seven individuals or entities can own a copy of any given artwork, making each piece a rare and valuable addition to any collection. Once all seven copies are sold, the artwork will no longer be available for purchase, ensuring that your acquisition remains distinctive.

To ensure an artwork fits well in your space, we recommend measuring the area where you plan to display the piece. Consider the dimensions of the artwork listed on our website and visualize the space it will occupy.

We release new collections on a weekly basis. This regular introduction of fresh artwork ensures our gallery remains vibrant and dynamic, offering something new for our patrons to discover frequently. Care instructions depend on the medium and material of the artwork. Generally, for artworks printed on cotton canvas and varnished, it is advised to keep artworks out of direct sunlight, avoid high humidity, and dust regularly with a soft cloth.

Currently, we do not offer the option to commission custom artworks. The artists who collaborate with us have exclusive agreements that pertain to the works available in our gallery. This ensures that each piece we offer is unique and available only through our platform. We invite you to explore our existing collection to find a piece that resonates with you.
