Return & Refund Policy

Love it or Return it!

You can return any artwork purchase within 14 days of receiving the shipment, no questions asked. If you don’t love it – simply send it back to us.

The artwork must be carefully and securely repackaged and show no signs of use or damage.

Return process

To initiate a return:

  1. Notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving the shipment, providing your order number.
  2. Repackage the artwork in the original, undamaged packaging along with any accessories.
  3. You are responsible for paying all return shipping costs using the same insured courier service as the package sent to you.
  4. You have 14 days from the moment you declare your wish to return the package. After this time, it is no longer possible to return the artwork.
  5. Upon receiving and verifying the condition of the returned artwork, we will fully refund your payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return shipment.

Exclusion

  1. The right of return does not apply to artworks customized to specific customer requests.
  2. The 200×100 and 210×140 sizes are made to special order and are not returnable.
  3. Any defects or damage caused by the customer after receiving the shipment may result in denial of a refund.

Complaints

Complaints are limited to physical defects of the product, including incorrect or incomplete deliveries.

To submit a complaint:

  • Provide the surname of the ordering party and the invoice number.
  • Include a detailed description of the defect, the number of items affected, the discovery date of the defect, and photos documenting the issue.

In the event of a complaint being upheld, the customer may choose between:

  • A refund of the purchase price as per the price list at the time of order.
  • Replacement of the service, if feasible.

Complaints must be lodged within 14 calendar days from delivery. We reserve the right to refuse complaints submitted after this period. Complaints will be processed within 3 working days of receipt.

In Case of Transport Damage:

  • For visible external package damage (e.g., cracks, soaking, tears) or discrepancies in the delivery note, refuse the package, request its return to the sender (Service Provider), and prepare a damage report with the carrier’s representative.
  • For undamaged packaging but damaged goods inside, contact the Service Provider immediately for a return arrangement. The Service Provider will arrange for the defective goods to be collected.
